Ulundi is committed to maintaining high ethical standards, protecting human rights, and acting with honesty and integrity in everything we do, and we expect the same from anyone we work with and associate with.

Ulundi does not tolerate any form of modern slavery, forced labor, or human trafficking in any part of our business partner's business operations and/or their supply chain.

As Modern Slavery is a global problem, it would be irresponsible to say that none of our partners work or operate in a country or countries where slavery exists; however, we recognize the important role that our business has in supporting local business and in combatting exploitative labour practices and human rights abuses. Ulundi is committed to maintaining high ethical standards, protecting human rights, and acting with honesty and integrity in everything we do, and we expect the same from our partners and vendors.

Ulundi has a zero-tolerance policy and will not tolerate any form of modern slavery, forced labor, and/or any type of human trafficking in any part of our partners' and vendors' business and/or supply chain operations. Ulundi does its very best to screen every partner and vendor during the onboarding process - if at any time it is discovered that a partner or vendor has violated our zero-tolerance policy regarding modern-day slavery, they will be removed from all of our platforms and expelled immediately.

Ulundi encourages the right to speak up and provides a trusted line of communication where anyone can report abuse and/or seek help, either anonymously or to provide their details if they feel comfortable doing so. We know sometimes the first step in doing something is simply having a place to raise concerns and/or share information.

In our continued efforts to provide a culture of integrity and transparency, we want our people, partners, and shareholders to feel comfortable speaking and sharing their concerns. If you see, hear, and/or experience any behavior that goes against our Code of Conduct, then we want you to reach out to us immediately so we can handle the complaint immediately and properly.

In accordance with our zero-tolerance policy, we will not tolerate any retaliatory behavior against individuals reporting concerns or abuses. We are committed to providing a safe work environment and a confidential way for people with genuine concerns to raise them, and to do so without fear of retaliation of any form.
